We collect only data you explicitly share with the bot: messages, memories, reminders, lists, voice notes, and photos. We also store your Telegram/WhatsApp user ID and display name. We do NOT collect browsing data, location, contacts, or any data beyond what you directly send to AskGogo.
Your data is used solely to provide AskGogo services: storing memories, sending reminders, managing lists, syncing calendar events, and generating AI responses. We never sell your data, display advertisements, or share your information with third parties for marketing.
All data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Voice notes are processed via OpenAI Whisper API and deleted after transcription. AI conversations are processed via Anthropic Claude API with enterprise-grade security.
AskGogo uses: Telegram Bot API (messaging), Twilio (WhatsApp messaging), Anthropic Claude API (AI), OpenAI Whisper API (voice transcription), Google Calendar API (calendar sync), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Razorpay (payments). Each operates under its own privacy policy.
Data is retained while your account is active. Delete all data anytime by sending /wipe to the bot. Upon deletion, all memories, conversations, reminders, and lists are permanently removed within 24 hours.
Messages sent via WhatsApp are processed through Twilio. Messages via Telegram use the Telegram Bot API. We store message content to provide memory and conversation features. We do not access your contacts, call history, or any data beyond messages you send directly to AskGogo.
If you connect Google Calendar, we store only a refresh token. We read and create events as requested. We never modify or delete events without your instruction. Disconnect anytime.
Payments are processed by Razorpay (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant). AskGogo does not store credit card numbers, bank details, or UPI IDs.
We use only one essential cookie for theme preference (light/dark mode). No tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies.
AskGogo is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
You can: access your data (/memory), rectify data, delete data (/wipe), restrict processing, request data portability, and object to processing. Contact goverdhan@tipplr.in to exercise these rights.

The 7-day free trial requires no payment. You are automatically moved to the Free plan after the trial with no charges. We send a reminder 24 hours before trial expiry.
Cancel anytime by typing /cancel in the bot or emailing goverdhan@tipplr.in. After cancellation, paid features remain active until the end of your billing period. Your memories and data are preserved permanently on the Free plan.
